By accessing or using Slidefast ("Service"), operated by Slidefast.app ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Slidefast.
Slidefast is a web-based tool that allows registered users to upload photos, create shareable photo slideshows, and share them via a link. Uploaded images and generated slideshow files are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days. Slideshow links expire after 7 days.
You must create an account to use Slidefast. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Slidefast operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when a slideshow is published. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are in US dollars.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits never expire and retain their full value. Refunds will not be issued for partially used credit packs. If a technical error on our part prevents your slideshow from publishing, your credit will be automatically restored to your account.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of generating and serving your slideshow. We do not claim ownership of your content. All uploaded images are permanently deleted after slideshow generation and again when the slideshow expires after 7 days.
Your uploaded photos and content are never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Ever. We do not analyze, process, or retain your images for any purpose beyond generating and serving your slideshow.
You agree not to use Slidefast to upload content that:
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund of unused credits.
If you believe content on Slidefast infringes your copyright, please notify us at [email protected] with a description of the allegedly infringing content and your contact information. We will investigate and respond promptly.
Your use of Slidefast is also governed by our Privacy Policy at slidefast.app/privacy. By using Slidefast, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Slidefast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of content due to technical failures, though we will make reasonable efforts to prevent such occurrences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Slidefast shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating any formal dispute. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You have one (1) year from the date of the incident to bring a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Slidefast after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
